BUILDING TECHNOLOGIST

Percon Construction Ltd., a division of the Permasteel Group of Companies, is a general contractor specializing in design build and pre-engineered steel buildings. We have an immediate opening in our general contracting and metal building divisions for a Building Technologist (Jr. Architect) preferably with 2 to 5 years experience. You must have extensive AutoCad and design/rendering software experience. A thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction and a good working knowledge of contract management, negotiation, planning, estimating, and scheduling would be an asset. You must have excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Position is Vancouver based with some travel, as required.
