SENIOR ESTIMATOR - GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

Percon Construction Ltd., a division of the Permasteel Group of Companies, is a general contractor specializing in design build and pre-engineered steel buildings. We have an immediate opening in our general contracting and metal building divisions for an Estimator with 5-10 years experience and a minimum of 2 years post secondary education. An in-depth knowledge of construction materials and techniques and an excellent understanding of RFQ General Condition's terms and conditions is preferable. You must have excellent organization and planning abilities as well as strong communication skills with the ability to make balanced decisions in a timely manner. Successful candidates will be highly proficient with MS Office Suite and have the ability to carry out conceptual and detail quantity take-offs for the preparation of accurate construction estimates. This position will be Vancouver based.
