SITE SUPERINTENDENT

This position requires a full time Superintendent for commercial and light industrial construction. We need a "Hands On" person with a broad trades knowledge and good work habits. This individual will have a minimum of 5 – 10 years field experience with a relevant trade certificate and/or technical school degree.

Essential skill requirements include: planning, scheduling, cost control and thorough knowledge of current safety requirements, construction technology/techniques and subcontractor's scope of work and responsibilities. You must have the ability to lead all on site activities including subtrade/suppliers and own forces coordination, project and safety records all in order to bring a project to a successful and profitable completion. Knowledge of pre-engineered metal building systems would be an asset.
