DESCRIPTION
Clad Tech is a manufacturer of pipe overlay's for the oil industry.
Permasteel is just finishing up a new design build facility. The 60' wide x 150' long x 28' eave height shop has the capacity for a 20 ton crane. There is also a wood framed office addition which consists of 1,500 sq.ft. on the main floor and 1,500 sq.ft. on the second floor.
