DESCRIPTION
Design Build Contract on a Fast Track Schedule.
A 34,112 SF, 3 storey conventional steel structure on a pile and concrete grade beam foundation. Includes a complete Methane Management System. Exterior of the building is masonry, stucco and curtainwall system.
The new building will be tied into the existing building with a +15 Link at the second floor level. Separate contract to complete the Tenant Improvement for Public Works Canada for all three floors.
