Originally incorporated in British Columbia in 1953, Permasteel is the oldest and largest pre-engineered building company in Western Canada. The Permasteel Group has grown to include the contracting arms of PERCON CONSTRUCTION LTD. (Vancouver, BC), Permasteel Building Contractors Ltd. and Seko Construction (Edmonton, Fort McMurray and Grand Prairie, Alberta) and Permasteel Building Systems and XPS Contracting (Calgary, Alberta).
With an experienced and knowledgeable team of employees at each of our locations, we are able to provide every level of assistance with your project, from steel supply through to design/build and project management. Working with the owner, the consultants and trade contractors, we have successfully completed projects in areas as diverse as commercial/office, warehousing, retail, light/heavy industrial, and manufacturing facilities, as well as residences, community centres, churches and riding arenas.
